The end of the earth - Tierra del Fuego
After 2 days of flights, my luggage being lost, and a 6 hour delay... we finally arrive in Ushuaia. The next day we went on a tour of the area, a huge national park and area at the bottom of Argentina, known as Tierra del Fuego (land of fire) - the PanAmerican Highway travels all the way from Alaska to this point.

On the boat!
That afternoon we boarded our boat in Ushuaia. Ushuaia is a cute town, it's called the end of the earth as its one of the southern most points with civilisation.

Our boat!
Its the best boat that goes to Antartica, and has big stabilisers which stop it from rocking too much over the waves. We got upgraded to the upper deck so had our own room on the second top floor.

2 days on the sea as the waves got bigger and bigger... up to 9 metres, big enough that we had to hold the railing constantly to walk around the boat.
