Nice tranquil walk up to the Kiyomizu Temple... hardly. The temples were gorgeous but dealing with the people took a bit of the magic out of it

My favourite place in Japan! Kiyomizu temple, set up on a hill overlooking Kyoto. I stayed up there for sunset and it was gorgeous.
